Heating system of the press

The heating system is composed of a steel heating plate, a heating tube, and an insulation layer. The heating plate is divided into two upper and lower parts, which are respectively fixedly connected with the press base and the pressure row, and are easy to disassemble and assemble. The heating plate is made of high-quality 45# steel quenched and tempered. Place an electric heating tube and a thermocouple in the heating plate. The thermocouple is installed tightly and reliably, and it is easy to disassemble. The technical parameters of the heating plate: the plane size is 3050×650 mm2; the flatness is 0.2 mm; the measuring point arrangement: 3 points on the upper plate; 6 points on the lower plate. The outer shell material of the heating tube is stainless steel, and the working voltage is 220V. Single-sided outgoing lines, the number is a multiple of 3. The electric heating tube is convenient and reliable to replace. There is a protective device at the wiring. The heat preservation layer is set between the heating plate and the base (or pressing row), and the heat preservation side plate is arranged around the heating plate. It should be made of materials with good heat insulation performance. The plane size is equivalent to the heating plate, and the thickness is not less than 20 mm.
