Features:
1. Coarse straight thread connection equipment (cold heading machine) is simple in structure and easy to operate. It adopts a single valve, single cylinder and automatic clamping structure. All upsetting actions are completed in one step, and the production efficiency is high. The oil cylinder adopts seals, which has a long service life and is convenient for mold replacement and maintenance.
2. The upsetting and pressing straight thread connection technology uses a special upsetting machine to upset the thread section to be processed at the end of the steel bar in advance to increase the diameter of the upsetting part to be larger than the diameter of the base material. Then use a matching special threading machine to thread the upsetting part, and then use the same specification sleeve to connect the threaded parts of the two steel bars with a wrench to complete the so-called butt joint of the steel bars. The strong straight thread connection technology such as upsetting has the advantages of stable performance, labor-saving and fast connection, and high inspection qualification rate. It can also completely solve the problem of non-rotatable connection of steel bars.
Requirements:
1. Use YB-N46 hydraulic oil
2. The steel bar must be aligned with the pier mold, otherwise the three-jaw fixture will be destroyed and scrapped
3. It has been adjusted to 35MPA at the factory, and can be adjusted at will during use
4. Do not separate the joints as much as possible on site to prevent debris from polluting the hydraulic system
5. It is not allowed to use high-pressure tubing to lead the pier and electric oil pump
6. When the working site voltage is lower than 360 volts, stop using
7. Carry out a comprehensive inspection of the electrical circuits and hydraulic systems of the equipment before the shift, and should not put them into use if there are abnormal conditions.
8. If there is any abnormal situation during use, stop and check, and after the professional repair personnel eliminate the fault, re-use after confirming that it is normal.
9. The operator strictly follows the requirements of the building design and operates according to the pressure readings
10. Maintenance must be carried out after the shift to keep it clean
11. Frequently used heading machines should change the working fluid every three months, clean the system, and replace all seals every two years.
