The 800-ton three-beam four-column hydraulic press is suitable for the pressing process of metal materials, such as: metal stamping and bending, flanging, sheet drawing and metal parts pressing, calibration, cold extrusion, etc. It can also realize the pressing and forming of plastic products and powder products. Process; all stretching, bending, forming and other processes; imprinting, forming, shallow stretching, shaping, overmoulding and trimming of metal or non-metallic parts; typical products that can be pressed are stainless steel sinks, bathtubs, boiler seals Heads, photo frames, tableware, signs, locks, hardware parts, etc.; also suitable for ships, aviation, aerospace and other fields.
800-ton three-beam four-column hydraulic press hydraulic cylinder technology:
1. The cylinder bottom, steel cylinder, piston and piston rod are forged as a whole, material: 45# steel.
2. The piston guide sleeve and support guide ring are inlaid with phosphor bronze instead of the traditional nylon material, which greatly improves the stability and wear resistance of the guide.
3. The piston rod is nitrided, surface carburized and quenched, depth: 0.03mm~0.04mm, electroplated with hard chromium, layer thickness 0.04mm~0.05mm.
4. The column is made of 45# medium carbon steel, which is quenched and tempered, surface quenched, and the thickness of the electroplated hard chromium layer is 0.04mm~0.05mm.
Introduction to the hydraulic system of the 800-ton three-beam four-column hydraulic press:
1. Hydraulic device
1.1 Installation form of hydraulic power station: Install it on the ground on the right side of the main engine to minimize noise.
1.2 The hydraulic power station is equipped with oil filtering device. The baffle separates the oil suction area and the oil return area, and there is a filter at the oil filling port to ensure the cleanliness of the hydraulic oil.
1.3 The liquid level of the fuel tank is displayed by the liquid level gauge.
1.4 Cylinder filling system: The filling valve is installed at the bottom of the oil cylinder. The structure is normally closed and self-priming. When the slider descends rapidly, the filling valve is opened by its own weight and oil is sucked from the filling tank.
1.5 The pipeline is made of high-pressure seamless steel pipe, and the pipe head is connected by high-pressure oil pipe.
2. Hydraulic control system
2.1 The working pressure of the hydraulic system is 25MPa, and the rated pressure of the components is 31.5MPa, which is beneficial to improve the life of the hydraulic system components.
2.2 The high-pressure main oil pump adopts domestic high-quality axial piston pump, which is driven by the motor. Usually the main oil pump motor unit is installed horizontally.
2.3 The hydraulic control system adopts a two-way cartridge valve integrated system. It has the advantages of small oil resistance, large flow rate, anti-pollution, fast response, high safety and reliability, flexible control mode and convenient maintenance.
2.4 The integrated design of the two-way cartridge valve has a reasonable layout, is easy to manufacture, and is very convenient for debugging and maintenance.
2.5 The hydraulic control system realizes the following main functions:
a) Pump head control circuit - composed of one-way valve and overflow valve, realizes system pressure building and controls the overload and unloading of the main pump.
b) The main cylinder pressurization circuit - controlled by the two-way cartridge valve and its pilot solenoid to realize the stepless adjustment of the press loading force.
C) Pressure setting circuit - regulated by the main system pressure valve to realize the action of ejecting the cylinder.
