Three-beam four-column hydraulic press is a common structural form of four-column hydraulic press. Specifically, it is a four-column hydraulic press with three beam structures.

Generally speaking, the three major parts of a three-beam four-column hydraulic press refer to the cylinder, column and beam of the hydraulic press. Usually, the rated pressure that the cylinder of the hydraulic press can withstand is 25MPa, and the cylinder that exceeds 35MPa is a high-pressure cylinder, which needs to be specially customized. The column of the hydraulic press is made of solid round steel with polished surface, intermediate frequency quenching and chrome plating, and then finely ground with a grinding machine to ensure the smoothness and hardness of the surface. There are three common constructions of beams in hydraulic presses: castings, welded parts and solid steel plates.
In addition to the three major components of the hydraulic press, the cylinder, the column and the beam, if it is to work normally, it also needs to be equipped with a hydraulic system and an electric control system. The hydraulic system is generally an integrated hydraulic pump station system, including two-way cartridge valves, oil pumps, motors, mailboxes, instrument panels, and oil pipes. It should be pointed out that the tonnage of the hydraulic press that we usually talk about, that is, how many tons of the hydraulic press are needed, does not actually mean how many tons the hydraulic press weighs, but refers to how many tons of pressure the hydraulic press can provide. According to Pascal's principle, pressure = pressure * force area, the rated pressure of the system here is 25MPa, the force area is the cross-sectional area of the cylinder piston rod, the pressure unit is KN, and then converted into tons, it becomes our easy to understand tonnage.
