315T horizontal press
Horizontal hydraulic press, also known as horizontal hydraulic press, can be regarded as a horizontal hydraulic press in structure. Similar to conventional vertical hydraulic presses, it is also divided into horizontal four-column hydraulic presses and horizontal single-arm hydraulic presses.
The characteristics of the horizontal hydraulic press are as follows:
1. The horizontal hydraulic press is placed horizontally, which has low requirements on the height of the workshop, but at the same time increases the floor space;
2. The filling tank and valve body main cylinder of the horizontal hydraulic press are much lower than those of the common vertical hydraulic press, so it is more convenient to repair and maintain without climbing;
3. The horizontal hydraulic press provides convenience for the installation of some heavy molds. It can take off and land vertically such as aerial cranes, and is not restricted by the sliding beam of the hydraulic press.
Horizontal hydraulic presses mainly have three common structures: horizontal four-column hydraulic press, horizontal single-column hydraulic press, and horizontal three-column hydraulic press.
