4. The conveying trolley is used to transport wheels and axles, and the positions of the axles and wheel workers are guaranteed by adjusting the height of the conveying trolley.
5. The measurement adopts a high-precision displacement sensor, which automatically detects the inner distance of the wheel and the inner distance of the brake disc. The displacement measurement adopts a displacement sensor or a rotary encoder (specifically determined in the design contact), and the wheelset and brake disc are accurately and automatically measured in real time. , and the center position of the axle, and these dimensions are displayed on the display in real time during the press-fitting process.
6. The clamping block is used to fix the position of the movable beam, and there are multiple clamping slots on the column, which can be fixed by the user according to the size of the axle and shaft.
