1. This equipment consists of the body, horizontal upsetting cylinder, vertical clamping cylinder, upper and lower mold seat components, slider, hydraulic station, electrical control system and mobile button station, mold automatic water spray cooling and lubrication system, and other components.
2. The body is made of a horizontal all steel plate frame that is riveted and welded together through gas shielded welding. After annealing treatment, internal stress is eliminated, resulting in better rigidity and higher reliability. It can meet the continuous operation of the equipment for 20 hours, enabling efficient, large-scale, and high-precision production and processing.
3. The slider adopts a cast steel structure, and the four corners are embedded with tin green copper plates that are highly wear-resistant and not easy to pull the guide rail at the matching points. The right end face of the slider is equipped with a transition pad connected to the clamping and locking mold changing mechanism. Under the push of the horizontal upsetting oil cylinder, the workpiece is subjected to forging and forming, and the process of retreating is completed. The slide side is also equipped with a centralized lubricating oil pump and oil separator, which can be set to supply oil to the slide guide rail surface in a quantitative and automatic manner for each shift. The automatic centralized lubrication system is designed with advanced technology and reliable operation, which improves the lubrication effect and reliability of the machine tool and is easy to use and maintain The slider switches between different workstations and is driven by a hydraulic cylinder.
