Features:

1. The hydraulic control adopts a cartridge valve integrated system, which is reliable in action, long in service life, and small in hydraulic shock, which reduces the link pipeline and leakage points.

The fuselage is a three-beam and four-column structure, and is welded by all steel plates with CO2. After welding, it is processed by tempering and vibration to ensure that the fuselage is not deformed. The hydraulic system is located inside the fuselage, with beautiful appearance and easy operation. This series of presses are equipped with independent hydraulic and electrical control systems, using buttons for centralized control, which can realize two molding processes of fixed stroke and fixed pressure, and have functions such as pressure display, stroke, and pressure adjustment. Moreover, the guide post and piston rod are plated with hard chromium after intermediate frequency quenching to ensure no rust and hairiness. The oil pump inlet is equipped with a filter device to ensure the service life of the oil pump and valve. The oil circuit connection adopts imported high-pressure hose to lower the machine maker noise.
