YH41-63T customized single-column hydraulic press
Features:
1. The machine body adopts Q235B, which is welded by submerged arc welding. After welding, the machine body is not easily deformed through vibration treatment.
2. The machine is equipped with a separate hydraulic and electrical control system. It adopts button centralized control, which can realize two molding processes of fixed stroke and fixed pressure, and has functions such as pressure display, stroke, and pressure adjustment.
The 3.63 ton single-column hydraulic press has a pressure system located inside the machine body, beautiful appearance and easy operation.
4. Pressure head correction can be designed, with four-column guide pin guidance, and copper and hard chromium plating of the column and piston rod after quenching. The oil pump inlet is equipped with a filter device, and the oil pump and valve have a long service life. High-pressure hoses are used for oil connection to reduce machine noise.
In addition, according to user requirements, additional components such as PLC, grating protection and man-machine interface (touch screen) can be configured. For customer requirements, we can customize production to meet customer production process requirements.
