Y31125 Gear Hobbing Machine
Main technical features:
Ordinary gear hobbing machine can process straight and helical circular gears, worm gears, sprockets and short spline shafts, suitable for single-piece, small-batch or batch-production factories. The machine tool has excellent structure, strong rigidity, good working precision, convenient operation and simple adjustment. When machining gears, the machine tool can work in down milling or up milling mode. The machine tool is equipped with automatic stop mechanism, safety device and automatic lubrication system.
Hobbing machine safety operating procedures:
1. When milling gears, the height between the bottom surface of the blank and the worktable cannot be lower than the specified height of the machine tool.
2. The diameter of the blank washer should be less than 3mm of the diameter of the root circle of the processed gear.
3. The knife rod, the knife rod bracket, the knife rod washer, and the knife hole should be wiped clean when installing the card. When clamping the milling cutter, insert a suitable key.
4. When moving the angle of the knife holder, pay attention to the slide of the knife holder.
5. According to the requirements of the processed gear, check the adjustment position before eating the knife.
6. When milling helical gears, be sure to clamp the workpiece firmly to avoid rotation during milling.
It is not allowed to collide with the tool holder, and it is not allowed to disassemble the knife feed screw, and the tool holder must be retracted when it is lifted.
7. When opening fast, the milling cutter is not allowed to collide with the workpiece, and the distance when withdrawing should not be too long.
So as not to collide the tool holder with the workbench.
8. The modulus and diameter of the gear to be processed are not allowed to exceed the technical specifications of the machine tool.
9. The power supply should be cut off when hanging the wheel.
